The cast
Characters with their own way of talking, all sharing one memory of you.
Talking out loud
Hold to talk, let go, and they answer in their own voice.
Characters you make
Build your own from a photo of anyone or anything.
Calendar, tasks and notes
Your week, your list and the things you want kept, added by sentence.
Habits and goals
Streaks kept honestly, with a nudge when one slips.
Health and meals
Sleep, mood and what is for dinner, a day at a time and never graded.

Watched month by month, so a strange month is visible rather than a surprise.

The documents you need on you, encrypted and to hand.

Point the camera at a receipt, a label or a whiteboard and it reads it.

This is the actual list, not a marketing version of one. The order changes when something turns out to be harder or when enough people ask for the same thing.
Replies that arrive as they are written
At the moment a longer answer appears all at once after a pause. It should appear as it is being written, which is the single biggest thing standing between how the app feels and how it should feel.
Memory that tidies itself
What it knows about you fills up with near duplicates and the occasional contradiction. It needs to notice when something newer replaces something older, and keep the newer one.
Deleting your account from inside the app
Right now you email and it gets done, same day. It should be a button in settings, and it will be.
A weekly recap, in character
One message at the end of the week about how the week actually went, written by whoever you talk to most.
Characters who know what the others were told
They already share what you have saved. They should also know that you told one of them something ten minutes ago.
A nudge when it is worth one
Not a notification schedule. One message, when something real prompts it, and never more than that.
Asked for, no date
The ones people ask about.
Wanted, and not close. Better to say so than to leave you waiting on something that is not coming this year.
Android
Not started, and there is no date. Vera is on iPhone. Saying otherwise would be inventing a timeline to keep somebody reading.
A web app
Parts of Vera run in a browser today, but a full version you could live in is not close.
Connecting your bank
It has been asked for and it is not built. Money in Vera is entered rather than imported. If that changes it will appear in the list above first.
The order is not fixed.
Several things on that middle list are there because somebody wrote in and asked. If there is something you want, say so and it goes into the thinking.
