How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile picture → tap Subscriptions → select Vera → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
I can't log in — what should I do?+
Try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. If that doesn't work, email us at contact@veleria.com.au with your registered email address and we'll sort it within 24 hours.
How do I export or delete my data?+
Settings → Privacy → Export Data (downloads a JSON file) or Delete Account (deletes everything within 30 days). No exit fees, no hoops.
Is voice mode on the Free plan?+
Voice mode is included on Pro ($29.99/mo, 10 min/day) and Ultra ($44.99/mo, 30 min/day). The Free plan is text-only — perfect for trying everything else first.
When will Android be available?+
