Where ChatGPT wins, plainly
Breadth of knowledge, long documents, code, research, and running on every device you own rather than only an iPhone. If the job is thinking or writing, that is the tool, and it is not close.
What it does not have
Your week. There is no calendar of yours in it, no task list, no habit streak, no record of how the last fortnight actually went. So when you say you are exhausted, it can be sympathetic and general, because general is all it has.
What Vera does with the same sentence
It already knows you have slept badly most of the week, skipped a couple of sessions and had a launch on Thursday. The reply is about you rather than about tiredness, and that difference is the entire product.
Most people use both
